Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring gently until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix the dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ½-inch thick.
Using a round cutter, cut out the biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter or honey.
Notes
For extra flaky biscuits, you can freeze the butter and grate it directly into the flour mixture.
