Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Kefir (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 2 pieces Eggs large
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix kefir, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures gently until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean.
  • Cool in the pan before slicing and serving. Top with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.

Notes

Optional add-ins include fresh berries, nuts, or cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. You can also freeze slices for future treats.
