Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup coconut milk

Optional Sweeteners

  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  • Start by adding coconut milk into the blender. This helps create a smooth blend by generating a vortex effect.
  • Add frozen raspberries, banana slices, mango pieces, and pineapple chunks into the blender. Make sure to layer them in this order for even blending.
  • If you’re using sweeteners, add honey or maple syrup to the blender at this point.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Shake well before serving if stored for later use.

Notes

This smoothie can be made sweeter with natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. For a healthier option, try adding protein powder or chia seeds. Garnish with fresh berries, citrus slices, or mint leaves for a festive touch.
