Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Red Snapper Fillets or whole fish, cleaned and scaled
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for pan-searing or grilling
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the red snapper fillets with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • For pan-searing: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
  • For grilling: Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook the fillets for 4-5 minutes per side. Optionally, brush with olive oil while grilling.
  • Serve with fresh lemon slices and garnish with cilantro. Pair with roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Red snapper can also be used in tacos, served with mango salsa, or baked with herbs and spices for additional flavor variations.
