  • 100 g Dates Soft, Medjool dates preferred
  • 50 g Almonds/Pistachios Chopped for crunch
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional for added sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For flavor
  • few sheets Gold Leaf For decoration

Instructions
 

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt using a double boiler or microwave method. Stir gently until smooth.
  • Chop the dates and nuts, then stir them into the melted chocolate. Add honey and vanilla extract to enhance flavor if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or lined baking dish. Spread evenly and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
