Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yogurt Greek or plant-based
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries or Fruit chopped if large
  • 1/2 cup Granola or Chopped Nuts for crunch
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate (melted) optional drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix yogurt with fruit and sweetener if using.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the tray in small mounds, spaced apart.
  • Sprinkle each cluster with granola or chopped nuts.
  • Freeze the tray for 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired, then return to the freezer until set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Experiment with flavors like tropical mango-coconut or peanut butter-date. Great as post-workout fuel, kids’ snacks, or party treats.
